(More customer reviews)I was quite disappointed in this transaction,though I will say that the seller communicated very quickly.
Reasons I was disappointed:
1. I ordered a twin set and received a full.
2. The mattress pad is as thin as tissue paper. When I complained that it would disintegrate in the wash, the seller said mattress pads are not meant to be washed. Really?!
3. I believe the product information implies that the entire set would have Clemson logos, but the towels included are just plain, white, thin towels, like the cheapest ones you could pick up at WalMart. The do not have any Clemson decoration.
4. The packaging was not adequate. The items arrived in a box several sizes too small. I appears that the seller tried to squeeze the comforter into the box and hoped that the tape would hold it. It did not, and the box arrived on my front porch "exploded" and completely open. The seller claims that the box was damaged in shipping, but I don't buy this because I couldn't even fit the items back into the box to return them.
On the plus side, the comforter itself is thick and of good quality, and the sheets are fine. If you're after a comforter (which I was) it's OK.
