July 2nd, which was the day I needed the gift. I waited and waited, never got an email acknowledging my order or letting my know if it was shipped. July 2nd came and went and still never received the product. I sent a message to the site on July 5th letting them know that I was unhappy with my experience with the store. I just got a email today, July 7th, that my order was shipped today, 5 days to late. I'm very upset with this site. I order stuff online all the time and was excited about this site for future purchases. Now I wont buy from this site again, because I don't see the point in having to order something months ins advance. I don't think they would have ever shipped my order had I not sent them a messaged. I paid $8 in shipping and it took them two weeks to ship the item. I order something else from a different site and received the order 4 days later and paid a lot less in shipping. I cant express enough how disappointed I was with this site. I'm hoping that I have the product by end of week though i don't know what I will do with it since the birthday has already passed.
