(More customer reviews)I use it primarily as a "Mongolian hot pot". It heats evenly and fast with light off to indicate the set temperature has reached. It then maintains at the temperature you set. The capacity of this pot is well suited for four to six people. I also did some grill on it. It works as well. At beginning, I was a little concerned about the "Nonstick cooking surface". Since it is very easy to clean, you do not need to apply too much force on the surface. After eight months use, "Nonstick cooking surface" holds well. I do not see any sigh of scratch or wore out.
