(More customer reviews)I bought this Party Animal flag in September 2008. It's now March 2009 and the flag is tattered on the back edge. I live in Houston, so we don't have strong winds very much. I took the flag down during several storms with strong winds, but it's still tattered after only 6 months. I would not recommend this item.
